Our Breadcrumps & Footprints.
Geylang Bahru
We opened our first stall at Geylang Bahru, where we only operated in the afternoons after the main tenant finished the breakfast shift.
MacPherson Food Court
Crafting our very own Prata ('Indian Pancake') recipe and Sambal paste; expanded our menu and had us moving into a bigger unit, where we sold Prata, Mutabak ('Pancake with Fillings'), and an array of Goreng ('Fried') dishes such as Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng, and more.
The Start Of Our Mobile Kitchen
We began receiving countless requests to fry our Vadai at events, functions and corporate gatherings. Such a demand lead founders, Mr & Mr James Rajan to enquire and import into Singapore the first electric deep fryer of its kind.
Pasar-malam & Catering
MacPherson food court had closed for renovation, and we were on the move! - Hopping around Singapore via pasar-malam, and our catering partners.
The Market Place, Simpang Bedok
After travelling around Singapore, customers were having a struggle keeping track of us. We then found unit 02-14, in a food court situated above the ‘Shop N Save’.
Takashimaya S.C.
Having participated in several of their food festivals, and becoming a regular hit. Takashimaya invited us to tenant a stall at their food court, located at basement 1.
Takashimaya had requested us to sell Hot Coffee, Teh Terik ('Milk Tea') and other traditional Indian style beverages. - This lead us to craft our own Coffee & Tea recipe.
Far East Square, Telok Ayer Street
Awarded 'Die Die Must Try' by Makansutra. We were invited to operate one of the many push-cart stalls at Telok Ayer Street.
